Summary


Both a fitting send-off and an unfortunate assemblage, the disjointed Widespread Panic guitarist Michael Houser's posthumous release, Sandbox, leaves the listener raw, a bit disappointed and wondering what these songs might have sounded like had Mr. Houser lived to see them completed.

Recorded in his home studio as pancreatic cancer first became evident, these were sketches of songs, some familiar, some new, that Mr. Houser had planned for his second solo album.
