CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -Sean Singletary hit a 15-foot jumper with 1:12 left to put Virginia ahead, and the Cavaliers hit seven of eight free throws down the stretch to nail down a 64-58 victory over Clemson on Saturday.

Adrian Joseph scored 19 points for the Cavaliers (7-5, 1-1 ACC), who bounced back after squandering a 10-point second-half lead. After Singletary hit a 3-pointer from the top of the circle to make it 52-42, Clemson (12-3, 1-1) went on an 11-0 run over the next 2:45.
