Brian Armstrong is prepared to help other emergency responders deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. At just 17 years old, he's one of the youngest members of the Columbia County Community Emergency Response Team.
"If we had a flood here, this team would be a great deal of help," said Brian, a senior at Evans High School who recently became certified as a member of the team with his parents, Daniel and Elissa Armstrong, of Evans.
