Gov. Sonny Perdue is set to sign the HOPE scholarship reform bill today, and when he does, about 100,000 technical school students might be forced to give up their grants sooner than they would like.
The Georgia Student Finance Commission plans to count the credit hours students have taken this year against their limit of 95 quarter hours, which is one of the changes in the bill.
