Regarding the editorial "Let us be the judge of that" (Dec. 22): Who is "us"? You say judges should not be deciding what is taught in the schools. If not, then who should decide?
The reason you don't want the court to decide is because you disagree with the decision regarding the teaching of intelligent design. If the school board had decided to add pro-Islamic teachings to the curriculum, you who disagree in this case would be the first to raise a lawsuit.
