MILWAUKEE - One of the first long-term studies of Transcendental Meditation has linked the practice with significantly lower death rates.
The study's authors said that Transcendental Meditation already has been shown to reduce risk factors for heart disease such as high blood pressure, stress and smoking. In the new study, those health improvements also suggest lower death rates, the authors said.See the full content of this document
