Summary
Although I am probably in the minority, I prefer interacting with the people who work at my stores rather than using self-checkout lines.
At my store, the self-checkout line is limited to shoppers with fewer than 15 items, and I rarely qualify. Using coupons at the self-checkout line is, for me, inconvenient because the cashier monitoring the four self-checkout machines has to scan and take my coupons.
