AIKEN - Police in two states continued to search late Monday for a wounded slaying suspect who left his bed at Medical College of Georgia Hospital the day before for a smoke break and never returned.
A spokesman for the Aiken County Sheriff's Office said family members of shooting victim Jerry Tyler told authorities that Terrence Riley, 40, of Columbia, was no longer in the hospital. Capt.
