This week I read a letter printed in my newspaper written by a disgruntled grocery shopper. The shopper was complaining about having to listen to in-depth conversations between the cashier and the bagger, and how he felt that caused the cashier to make errors.
In this shopper's case, the error was $25 in his favor so he wasn't too upset by this specific incident, but didn't like being ignored by the store employees.See the full content of this document
