Before North Augusta recreation officials could catch their breath from the whirlwind that was the Nike Peach Jam, they started gearing up for the female counterpart of the basketball tournament: the Nike Nationals.

Now in it's third year, the idea of the Nationals is to mirror the Peach Jam and give female basketball players the same opportunities to play college basketball as the boys.
