Pursuant to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Harlem, Georgia the Public is hereby notified a petition has been filed to change the Zoning Classification and a Variance Request for road frontage on cul-de-sacs owned by Larry Prather and being situate between Sawdust Road and Fairview Drive, Map and Parcel ID 031 102. Request for change being from R-1A Residential District to R-1B Residential District. Said tract is described as bounded on North by intersection of Sawdust Road and Fairview Drive, on the East by property of Eckenroth, Baldowski, Stanley, Blanchard, Strength, Holley, McFatridge and Johnson, on the South by property of Hanchey, Cash, Mumley, Hammett, Moore, Smolley, Young, Ansley and Driggers and on the West by property of Garrison, Duncan and Sawdust Road.
