We are receiving an abject lesson from Caesar Obama as to how communists take over democracies!
He has appointed at least 34 so-called "czars" and placed them in positions of importance. They are unelected, unaccountable except to him and they are unconstitutional. These appointments are nothing less than Caesar Obama building a shadow government. Some of these persons are known communists, socialists, radicals and anti- American!
