PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 1, 2004 Vernard Williams filed a Petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Augusta, Georgia, seeking a name change from Vernard Williams to Vernard Johnson. Any interested or affected party has the right to appear and file objections. At the expiration of thirty (30) days from the filing of the Petition, upon proof of publications, and if no objection is filed, the Court shall proceed to hear and determine all matters raised by said Petition.
