Summary
I read Johnny Edwards' article in the paper relating to our former sheriff ("Womack told GBI of use of inmates," Dec. 6). I think it is a disgrace that your so-called newspaper has nothing else to do except continue to persecute a dead man. His family and friends read the paper. Is it impossible for you to have some consideration for them?
The people of Jenkins County realize there were problems, but we never had any of the civil disorder that many of the surrounding counties had - including Richmond County. Bobby Womack did manage to maintain some order for our citizens.See the full content of this document
