Mr. Toole was a native and spent most of his life in Augusta. He retired in 1971 from the U.S. Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant where he served his country in the Korean War and the Vietnam Conflict. Mr. Toole taught at Josey High School as a Jr. ROTC instructor for 15 years after his retirement from the Air Force.
