Mr. Darrell Gene Hemric, 65, died Tuesday at University Hospital in Augusta, Ga.
Born June 25, 1941 in High Point, he is a son of Nellie Mashburn Hemric of Martinez and the late Leonard V. Hemric. He graduated from High Point Central High School and attended High Point University. He was of the Wesleyan faith. Mr. Hemric enjoyed classic cars and was a very accomplished tennis player.
