Notice is hereby given that Ruby Tuesday, Inc. d/b/a Ruby Tuesday #5005 located at 4203 Washington Road, Evans, GA 30809 has applied to the Columbia County Planning & Engineering Services Committee for an Alcohol Beverage License to sell distilled spirits, beer and wine on-premise at this location. The Planning & Engineering Services Committee will consider this application on July 24, 2006 at the Evans Government Center Auditorium, Building A at 3:30 PM.

Note: Any citizen wishing to support, comment on, or oppose this application must notify the Columbia County Board of Commissioners at 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, P.O. Box 498, Evans, GA 30809, Attention: Planning & Engineering Committee, Alcohol Permitting Section, on or before the Friday preceding the Board of Commission meeting.
