Miss McDaniel is also the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sidney McDaniel II of Lexington, S.C. She is the granddaughter of the Reverend and Mrs. Grady Harding Summer of Louisville, Ga.; Mrs. Daisy Tison and the late Mr. F.M. Tison, Jr. of Ashburn, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sidney McDaniel of Columbia. She is a 2000 graduate of Burke County High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia with a Doctor of pharmacy.
