It's been more than 30 years, but the tragic crash on Nov. 14, 1970, of the jet that carried the Marshall football team, its coaches and some community leaders - killing everyone on board - still haunts residents there today.
"I'm not surprised it still gets a lot of attention," said Bob Bailey, 1970 graduate of Marshall and a former president of the Huntington (W.Va.) City Council. "People in this community lost family members and friends in the crash, and every November they feel the pain of it again.
