Man Is Ordered to Sell Livestock

Summary


A Harlem man cited by Columbia County Animal Care and Control of neglecting his animals was ordered by a judge Wednesday to sell or surrender his remaining livestock by Tuesday.

James Watson, 55, of the 1400 block of Pine Needle Drive, was cited Nov. 29 with failure to care and maintain his livestock after animal control officers responded Nov. 24 to a report of two horses wandering on a nearby highway.
