Survivors include his sons, Richard L. Miller, Jr. of Bremerton, Wash., Ted Miller of Augusta and Jerry Miller of Swainsboro, Ga.; daughters, Margie M. Morris of Appling and Velma M. Bramblett of Destin, Fla.; eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 16, 2004 at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Jim Hyder officiating.
