I support the Kerry-Edwards campaign and I would like people to know that they should vote for change. Don't think in the narrow- minded view that Republicans are inherently pro-military and Christian in view, and the Democrats are anti-military and immoral. I listened to the debates, and I had plenty to be hopeful for when I listened to Kerry. President Bush seemed to have an excuse for everything he did wrong while in office. I would have more respect if he'd admit his mistakes. I am not the typical Democrat in any sense of the word.

I was in the Army for five years, and I love and respect the servicemen and women for their sacrifices. I am married to an active- duty soldier. I was a Republican before I joined the Army, and midway through my enlistment I got really disillusioned with our commander in chief's policies. I believe that he should have emulated his father when it comes to war.
