BEIRUT, Lebanon - An Israeli bomb destroyed a U.N. observer post on the border in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, killing two peacekeepers and leaving two others feared dead in what appeared to be a deliberate strike, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan said.
