In Parting, Let the Truth Be Known

Summary


As I leave to pay my debt to society, I would like to express my gratitude to those who have prayed for me, wrote letters, testified for me, brought food and the Word of God into my home and continued to be good and true friends through adversity. I once judged others, but now I know the consequences of casting stones. It is a long fall from that lofty perch of self-righteousness.

I enjoyed my community projects and feel fortunate to work with so many nice people. I extend my apologies and regrets to those who believed in me, especially my young friends. I do not seek victim status, but wish all the facts of this saga were truly known, and that there was some sense of balance in the outcome. However, the past is passed.
