Varnado, conveying the after-described property to secure a note in the original principal amount of Fourteen Thousand 00/100 ($14,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Richmond County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the Seventh day of July 2006, the following described property:
ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the County of Richmond and State of Georgia, being known and designated as LOT 12, Block J Section II-D of McDuffie Woods Subdivision, being more particularly shown on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Realty Reel 45, page 2150-2155, to which plat reference is hereby made to said plat for more complete and accurate description as to the exact metes, bounds and dimensions of the property.
