SHERIFF'S SALE
Under and by virtue of certain tax Fi. Fa.'s issued by the Tax Commissioner of Columbia County Georgia, in favor of the State of Georgia and the County of Columbia against the following named persons and property, have levied upon the said property hereinafter described as the property of the persons whose names immediately precede the property description, and will offer the same for sale together with improvements thereon, if any, at public outcry before the Court House door of Columbia County, in Appling, Georgia to satisfy said Fi. Fa.'s. That being on the 6th day of October 2009, during the legal hours of sale, with each of the said respective pieces of property being in Columbia County, State of Georgia. Said property is subject to all applicable easements, right of ways, covenants and restrictions of record. The years for which said Fi. Fa.'s are issued and levied being stated with the property description in each case. Further each defendant has been duly notified of levy, time and place of sale. Terms, cash or certified bank funds are required and purchaser shall pay for title, all transfer costs and recording fees.
