As soon as news stories surfaced late last week that U.S. Rep. Mark Foley, R-Fla., had written sexually explicit electronic messages to a former congressional page, the veteran lawmaker resigned and went into rehab, claiming he had an alcohol problem. Obviously his problem runs a lot deeper than that.
