Summary
Several of Augusta's fastest, strongest and highest-jumping youth will travel to Iowa to compete in the Amateur Athletic Union's Junior Olympics. The track and field competition will be held Aug. 2- 7.
The Augusta Flyers, a team that is part of the Augusta Flyers Track Club, will be a part of the AAU showcase made up of nine girls and three boys ranging in age from 11 to 18.
