Summary
Our sincere appreciation to the Augusta-Richmond County Fire Department for the outstanding professional job they performed during the Spring House Apartments fire on Aug. 28. Our daughter was a resident of the building that was burned, and we extend our regrets and sympathy to those residents who lost their personal belongings, memorabilia and property.
The fire department demonstrated the highest degree of training and fire-equipment resources to all apartment residents. The fire department staff, Red Cross personnel and the Spring House Apartments management team were organized effectively to cut through the confusion and turn chaos into order.See the full content of this document
