CHICAGO - Freddy Garcia won for the first time in six weeks and Alex Cintron drove in three runs as the Chicago White Sox beat the Detroit Tigers, 7-3 on Sunday, to complete a three-game sweep and move within 5 1/2 games of the AL Central leaders.

A sellout crowd chanted "Sweep! Sweep!" as it saw the White Sox - who were a season-high 10 games behind Detroit on Monday - win their fourth in a row.
