Braves Get Good News About Giles

Summary


The Braves received good news late Wednesday evening when the MRI exam on second baseman Marcus Giles' left knee revealed no ligament damage.

Giles has what is being called a deep bone bruise in the knee, which was drained. The injury, although painful, should have Giles back in the lineup within a week's time. He is considered, officially, day-to-day.
