Levon Jones, 25, died on New Year's Eve after scuffling with the bouncers outside Razzoo Bar and Patio. The coroner found two of the bouncers were responsible for Mr. Jones' death: one who held him in a headlock for 12 minutes and another who pushed down on his back.
