Summary
Bathroom essentials. Hmm, that's pretty obvious. What's the most essential thing in the bathroom? Right; after that a sink, a shower - maybe even a tub. So now this book is going to tell me what else is essential? Well, it's only 64 pages, I'll take it to the bathroom with me.
The book Bathroom Essentials is only slightly bigger than a CD, but it does ask interesting questions. In the first part, "Planning the Space," author Maggie Stevenson asks eight questions that drive home the whole notion, "What's it for?" (I know it seems like a dumb question, but some people don't consider it.) It also means that anytime you do work on your house, you have to ask yourself a lot of tough questions. (Such as: Why hasn't the contractor shown up yet? How come it's five times the estimate? Can I still buy that lottery ticket?)See the full content of this document
