Leslie is the daughter of Mr. Keith Nelms and Ms. Dana Nelms, both of Augusta. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Howell of Belvedere, Drs. Jack and Rosemary Bellino-Hall of Lawton, Okla., Mr. Edward Nelms of Evans and the late Jessie Nichols. She is a 2002 graduate of Evans High School and a May 2007 graduate of Aiken Technical College with a degree in Nursing; she will be employed by the Medical College of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.See the full content of this document
