Summary
Each player is dealt two cards face down in Texas Hold 'em, starting with the small blind. The player following the big blind is the first to act. Players can call or raise the big blind or fold their hand as the action goes around the table.
WHEN A RAISE or call is met by all players still in the hand the dealer then burns (discards face down) one card and reveals their local cards in the center of the table. These can be used by anyone still in the hand. These cards are called "the flop."See the full content of this document
