In its annual report on human rights, Amnesty International describes the U.S-run Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba as "the gulag of our times" - so bad that U.S. leaders such as Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld deserve to face prosecution in international courts for the prisoners' treatment.
