Mr. Burl M. Wright Retired Railroad

Mr. Burl M. Wright, 91, entered into rest Thursday, February 3, 2005 at the Burke Medical Center, Waynesboro. Mr. Wright was preceded in death by his wife Christina Wright and son John Burl Wright both in 2004. He is survived by two brothers, David Wright of Bella Vista, AR and Robert Wright of Marlton, NJ.

Mrs. Angela Sumrall Nason,39, loving wife of Calvin Nason entered into rest on Monday, February 7, 2005 at the residence. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Hatcher, Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Marion Jay and Rev. Tom Oliver officiating.

Mr. Earl D. Ray, affectionately known as "E.D.", died on Saturday, February 5, 2005 at the Georgia War Veterans Home, Milledgeville, GA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 11, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. from the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church with Presiding Elder David L. Moore officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Entered into rest Thursday, February 3, 2005 at Augusta Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Charles Millner Rembert formerly of Brunswick Avenue, Augusta, GA. Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 10, 2005 at 12:00 noon from Mount Olive Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clarence Grier, Pastor, Hosannah Baptist Church officiating with Full Military Honors provided by Fort Gordon.

Mr. Milton M. Keenan Retired International Paper Co.

Entered into rest on Monday, Mr. Milton M. Keenan, loving companion of Mrs. Ruth H. Johnson, of 136 Hardy Place Drive, Johnston, SC. Surviving are two sons, Rodney Keenan and Jimmy Keenan, a brother, Earl Keenan and a granddaughter, Brandy Wheeler.

Private Graveside Services for Mrs. Jane Ashley Foster, 85, of Aiken, SC, who died February 4, 2005, were conducted Monday in Sunset Hill Cemetery. Dr. T. Joseph Lusk officiated. Mrs. Foster was a native of Ellenton, SC having made Aiken County her life-long residence. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel Ashley. Mrs. Foster attended Duke University and the University of South Carolina.
