She was born in Farmington, Mo., on February 26, 1920. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin L. Tuyls; son, Robert L. Tuyls; father, Arnold S. Day; mother, Flausie A. Day; grandson, Gerry A. Davis; sister, Alice D. White; brothers, Orman G. Day and Kermit H. Day.
